I think ‘Desensitization’ would have been a better topic for this piece. lol.)
I just didn’t want to do snakes because that’s the first thing I associated with ‘slither.’ I’m big on thinking out-of-the-box, so normal is not something I’m good at.
I’m thrilled to just get it in on time. Its been a long, tiring week with the added boost of flu doing its rounds in my house.
So here it is…
WOOOOOW!!!!!!!!! it’s beautiful!
Hya Sussana, love the expressions on the faces. You get that sense of fun happening. No need to be nervous/ Your work is wonderful. Just great how you avoided the snake theme! And the early owl is superb π
Absolutely beautiful work Susanna! The expression of Mandy is great and also your treatment of the hair.
Love all your drawings and how you work the color, but this one is really great. π
@ Anna – my ever patient friend – thank you. xo.
@ Andrew – That means a lot. Thanks!
@ Octavi – Thank you sooo much!!!
All your nice words mean such a positive, creative boost to me.
Beautiful!! You are getting there lady!
Ooooooohhhh! I opened this and was entranced by that beautiful neck! I love the softness of it. And little Mandy is a hoot! So adorable. I’d love to slither down that slide, too.
Hope you’re all feeling better from the flu. π
Thanks, Priya! π
Bella – Thank you, too. I’m so glad you liked my characters. π Feeling tons better now, thanks. π
Nice take on the theme! Great look on the giraffe’s face. The monkey sure looks like he’s having fun!
Beautiful!
It looks so realistic. I love the fur and all the details you’ve put into it.
