Illustration Friday – Slither

… Little Mandy slithered down Jessica Giraffe’s neck…

(Mandy – a baby monkey has got acrophobia (fear of heights). Jessica makes it her job to help Mandy get over it.)

I think ‘Desensitization’ would have been a better topic for this piece. lol.)

I just didn’t want to do snakes because that’s the first thing I associated with ‘slither.’ I’m big on thinking out-of-the-box, so normal is not something I’m good at.

I’m thrilled to just get it in on time. Its been a long, tiring week with the added boost of flu doing its rounds in my house.

So here it is…
